Star brite is a wholly-owned subsidiary that provides the company's sales marketing and administrative functions. Star brite serves the US, Canada, Caribbean and South American markets with Star brite-branded and private label products. Kinpak, Incorporated is OBCI's wholly-owned subsidiary that provides manufacturing and worldwide distribution services of Star brite branded products as well as numerous private-label products and contract manufacturing and packaging for third party companies. There are also two Ocean Bio Chem affiliated companies that serve other world wide geographic markets.
